By accessing the aladin88 Platform, whether by registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the aladin88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered account on the aladin88 Platform. Opening, operating, or having access to more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access information with any third party. aladin88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4.4 KYC Verification. aladin88 may require you to submit identity documents (including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) to verify your identity, age, and payment method before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
4.5 Account Responsibility. All wagers placed through your account are your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in accordance with these Terms or specific game rules.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aladin88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and bank transfer. Additional methods may be added from time to time at aladin88's discretion.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the aladin88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost) and direct bank transfer are typically credited to your aladin88 account instantly or within a short processing window. aladin88 is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. aladin88 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day, though processing times may vary.
5.5 Player Funds. Player funds held on account are kept separate from aladin88's operational funds. Deposits are not interest-bearing.
5.6 Declined Transactions. aladin88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms.
6.1 All wagers placed on the aladin88 Platform are subject to these Terms and, where applicable, the specific rules of the relevant game or sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by aladin88 in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical failure that materially affected the outcome of a game; erroneous odds published due to a manifest error; the event to which a wager relates being cancelled or abandoned.
6.3 Maximum Winnings. aladin88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any game, market, or individual wager. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market.
6.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of aladin88, based on the official game logs, transaction records, and relevant third-party data, shall be final and binding. aladin88 will investigate all legitimate disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available by aladin88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is set out in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. aladin88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of errors or loopholes; coordinated play across multiple accounts; systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements. aladin88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is suspected.
7.4 aladin88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations on already-credited bonuses are honoured.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aladin88 Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the aladin88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of aladin88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of aladin88.
10.1 The aladin88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aladin88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 aladin88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or platform unavailability.
10.3 aladin88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aladin88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
aladin88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to support Players who may be at risk of or affected by problem gambling.

12.1 By the Player. You may close your aladin88 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.
12.2 By aladin88. aladin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC verification; compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; or protection of the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including bonus-derived winnings) may be forfeited at aladin88's discretion.
aladin88 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and such other laws and frameworks as are applicable to the operation of the aladin88 Platform. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through aladin88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as aladin88 may designate from time to time.
